This course contains three certifications from CompTIA. CompTIA stands for the Computing Technology Industry Association and it’s the leading provider of vendor-neutral IT certifications in the world. They have been developing IT specific training and certification exams for over 20 years.

CompTIA A+ (Core 1 and Core 2) |
CompTIA A+ is the preferred qualifying credential for technical support and IT operational roles. The CompTIA A+ is made up of two parts, Core 1 and Core 2. There is an exam for each Core and both these exams will count towards your CompTIA A+ certification.

2. Mentoring and support
You will be allocated an experienced cyber security mentor. Your mentor is an industry expert with years of experience and it is their job to help and guide you throughout the duration of the course. They'll host some of the webinars you’ll participate in as part of the learning activities and will also work on arranging webinars hosted by other industry experts.
Your mentor will be available by email or via instant message using Slack.

3. Exams
There are 4 exams across three certifications included in your course – there are two exams for A+, one exam for Network + and one exam for Security +. These exams will be multiple choice and performance based and the exams can be sat in person or with remote testing.
Throughout the course, there’ll also be test exams to prepare you for the real thing, as well as quizzes.

4. Extra activities and resources
During your course, you’ll gain hands-on experience with activities such as ‘Hack the Box’ where you can compete with your classmates, as well as interactive lab sessions. You’ll also have access to a selection of ebooks, provided by AIICT. They are not mandatory reading but will be extremely helpful references before you tackle your exams.
