She has worked with diverse communities and with children and families with trauma backgrounds, passionately advocating for the protection of children and supporting families and carers. Elisha enjoys her work in parent training and coaching, helping families feel capable and confident in challenging parenting moments.
Elisha is consistently striving to develop and improve the skills and knowledge of individuals and organisations in the sector, contributing to the safety and wellbeing of our communityās most vulnerable. Her goal is to find innovative ways to embed a positive, child-safe culture across organisations and the broader community.
