I completed my diploma in leadership and management. I have a young family with a stressful job. Studying at your own pace with the option of extending the time period if it isn't completed after 2 years, came in handy for me. Great finance options, pay weekly or in full.
I wish to express my thanks for assisting my in my journey during this course. Where I go from here will only improve my leadership and management skills now that I have completed this course. Thank you, I appreciate your time and mentoring!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I skip the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and just complete the Diploma of Leadership and Management?

icon

Yes, you can directly enrol in the Diploma of Leadership and Management. However, if you do not have any leadership experience, it is recommended to complete the Certificate IV to give you a quality foundation to build upon.

Are your courses self-paced?

icon

Yes, they are! With Open Colleges, you’re in charge. There are no exams, or set timetables, so you can learn at your own pace. This means that if you have the time, you can dedicate more hours a week to studying and finish your course earlier. Or you can choose to study without pressure over a longer period of time.

Are your courses free?

icon

Unlike a TAFE, which is government owned, Open Colleges is a privately owned RTO (Registered Training Organisation.) This means that we are an independent entity, and we don’t receive any government funding. For this reason, our courses are not free. If you have any questions about our pricing, please feel free to contact our friendly Enrolment Consultants.

Are your courses nationally recognised?

icon

Yes, they are! Open Colleges offers nationally recognised Certificates and Diplomas under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). This means that our Certificates and Diplomas meet specific national standards and have been developed in consultation with industry experts to provide the most workplace relevant training. Qualifications from Open Colleges also carry the same level of recognition as courses delivered on-campus in a classroom setting. So, when you study with OC, you can rest assured that you are receiving quality education.
