Can I pay for my course in instalments?
Yes, you can pay for your course in weekly or fortnightly instalments. By paying in instalments, you can schedule your payments around your regular outgoings and get ahead, without breaking the bank. Open Colleges’ payment plans are interest-free.
Yes. If you need to change your instalment frequency, we can do that for you. You can pay on either a weekly or fortnightly basis. To change your frequency, please call us on 1300 881 919.
All requests to reduce instalments will be assessed on a case-by case-basis. If you have kept your payment arrangements up-to-date, we may be able to offer you a temporary reduction to provide relief. To request a temporary reduction, please call us on 1300 881 919.
All requests to suspend payments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have kept your payment arrangements up-to-date, we may be able to temporarily suspend your payments to provide relief. If you require a longer-term suspension (more than two months), you will need to complete a Special Consideration application form.
Yes, you can. If you decide to take this option, we may be able to offer you a discount on your fees. If you would like to pay your course fees in full, please give us a call on 1300 881 919.
At Open Colleges, we strive to provide flexible payment options and are always willing to work with you to come up with a payment plan that suits your needs. However, if you do miss regular payments, fall into arrears for more than three instalments or refuse to pay, your enrolment may be referred to an external Debt Collections Agency. As outlined in the Student Agreement, you may incur an additional cost of up to 25% of your full remaining course fee.
