Below we outline each of our key support options, which include Student support, Learning support and Academic support.
Our friendly Student Support team can help you with any non-academic matters. So, whether you need help with enrolment or need a hand logging into OpenSpace (your online campus), this is the team you should talk to.

Our Learning Support team are here to help you with any non-academic challenges of online learning.
To ensure you get the best results, they’re here to help you from your enrolment, all the way through to graduation, providing you with a series of webinars and one-to-one phone calls when you need that additional support.

The Learning Support team are contactable via phone between 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST from Monday to Friday.
As well as delivering your training, providing feedback and marking your assessments, your Trainers and Assessors can provide you with ongoing academic support. So, if you need any help in relation to your course, its learning materials and your assessment, these are the people to contact.
Your Trainers and Assessors can support you during your learning by:
For students enrolled in OpenSpaceX, the Student Support will assist you with getting in contact with your Trainer and Assessors, so get in contact with them via phone or email.
For our other students, you will have direct access to your Trainers and Assessors through your OpenSpace message centre. They always try to respond to queries as soon as possible (within 2 business days). You can also arrange a 1-to-1 call.
