Course Description

Tailored to meet licensing requirements in Western Australia, this in-depth Diploma will fully equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to plan, manage, supervise and complete the construction of medium rise buildings.

The Diploma meets the nationwide education requirements for registration as a licensed builder. As licencing varies from state to state, there may be extra requirements necessary to register. The course is delivered online, so there are no classrooms and no deadlines. You simply study where you want, when you want.

Please note that on 26th November 2020, this course was superseded and replaced by CPC50220 - Diploma of Building and Construction (Building). You can still enrol, however at the moment, the new course is not yet available. Open Colleges will communicate with you in due course once the new course is available.
