Federation Training provides Technical and Further Education (TAFE) courses across Gippsland and South Eastern Victoria. The centre was established in May 2014, after an amalgamation of Advance TAFE and Gipps TAFE.

Qualifications at Federation Training range from Certificate I, up to Advanced Diploma level. Main study areas include Business, Health, General Education and Trades. Training takes place flexibly through online learning, on or campus. There are 9 campuses in total, including Bairnsdale, Chadstone, Lakes Entrance, Leongatha, Morwell, Sale, Traralgon, Warragul and Yallourn.
