Throughout the CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health you will learn How to plan, implement and monitor individual and group activities for a range of clients, How to support independence and well-being, relationships with carers and families, as well as community participation and social inclusion and How to effectively provide recovery-orientated mental health services, and home and community support services.

As you progress through the course content, you’ll learn by working for a fictitious care facility. You’ll be introduced to a range of fictitious colleagues and be faced with a variety of situations you may encounter in a real life workplace. You will put the knowledge you learn into practice with a 120-hour work placement.
