The Role

As an Enrolment Consultant, your role is to help prospective students change their lives by choosing to study with Australia's leading online educator.   

A successful Enrolment Consultant must possess a genuine curiosity to truly engage and learn more about their prospective students: what their goals are, their challenges and what is driving them to study and make a positive change to their careers.   With a focus on 'right student, right course' – our Enrolment Consultants play a critical role in ensuring enrolling students have a great experience.

This division plays an integral part in the business which drives a high-performance culture complemented by our passion to provide superior student satisfaction.

Enrolment Consultants must possess the following:

  • A strong appetite for success and attainment of targets against clearly defined KPIs
  • Positive, self- motivated and a team player – always keen to learn and grow.
  • Great communicators that take a genuine interest in our students' needs
  • Having a consultative, advisory and empathetic approach to recruiting students

Who we are looking for?

You must be an experienced sales professional who enjoys a consultative approach to sales. You must be self-driven, understand the sales lifecycle and have a desire to over achieve your goals and targets.
