  • Do I need to take the course in a specific order?

    We recommend taking the short course in order. This gives you an introduction and overview of the course, with each module or topic acting like a building block to prepare you for the next.

    You'll need to complete any knowedge-check quizzes that usually appear at the end of a module or topic, in order to receive your certificate of completion. Each quiz usually takes around 15 minutes to complete.

  • Are flexible payment options or government funding available?

    We do not offer payment plans or government funding for this course.

  • Why do some short courses cost more than others?

  • Is there a cooling off period?

    No, there is no cooling off period.

  • Can I cancel the short course?

    Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, once you have purchased this short course you are unable to cancel. This course is non-refundable.

  • Are there any additional items, other than the course fees, that I will need to purchase if I study with Open Colleges?

    Nothing further is required except access to a printer to print your PDFs from the available resources section if desired.

  • Can I extend the short course?

    Subject to your rights under Australian consumer law, this course cannot be cancelled. However, you can extend it for up to one month.
