The Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) Education and Training has appointed Open Colleges as their Preferred Online Training Provider to offer industry relevant online courses to the travel sector.
AFTA is the voice of the travel industry in Australia. The mission of AFTA Education and Training is to ensure that industry professionals have access to the highest quality travel education and training.
The travel and tourism courses offered by Open Colleges have been endorsed by AFTA Education and Training and are suitable for new entrants to the industry as well as the existing travel businesses looking for gap training to meet the accreditation needs of their workforce.
"Open Colleges has a long history of providing online education. Their customer built learning platform will provide greater accessibility and flexibility for travel businesses looking to train their staff, as well as individuals who are interested in becoming travel agents,” said Rick Myatt, Director of AFTA Education and Training.
