You'll be able to contact your trainers via email and messaging, as well as through your course forums in OpenSpace.
Our trainers play an active role on our course forums. They will also provide you with a response to your email enquiries within 72 hours – and in most cases much sooner.
When you're starting out, you'll be introduced to your trainer via OpenSpace, and enjoy additional support from them as you complete your first assignment.
As you continue with your studies, you'll also get continued support from your trainers via OpenSpace.
