If you wish to terminate or transfer your studies before the completion of your Course, you must notify Open Colleges in writing within 10 calendar days of the start date of your Course.
If you are cancelling your studies, a refund of the Course Fee will only be issued if the cancellation request is received by Open Colleges within 10 calendar days of the start date.
