The Opportunity

The Sales Operations and Process Manager is role within the Student Recruitment Division (SRD). The key focus of this position will be the implementation of initiatives aimed increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the SR Division whilst minimizing any disruption to day to day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all key SR Division internal stakeholders to organise and contribute to projects, specifically aimed at assisting Team Leaders (TL’s) and Enrolment Consultants (EC’s) in improving the overall performance of the division while adhering to strict compliance requirements.
  • Streamlining the student recruitment processes whilst ensuring significant compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.

At a core operational level this will involve:

  • Identifying the current state of processes in the SR Division
  • Analysing the effectiveness of all processes
  • Identify and propose improved business processes whilst collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Map out the changes required for the new processes and identify key change management challenges
  • Work with various stakeholders and divisions to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the agreed changed processes
  • Test and evaluate new processes when ready for implementation to ensure that the right outputs are achieved
  • Collate feedback on process performance which forms the basis for future process improvement
  • On an ongoing basis monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure value delivery
  • Workforce planning

Key Attributes & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a Business Process Management role within a solution based sales organisation or similar
  • Please be aware that it is a requirement of this position that extensive background checks are completed. Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree directly in or related to Business Process Management, Computer Science and/or Business Administration.
