The Role

The Key focus of this position will be managing the daily operations of Team Leaders to consistently meet business goals. The Enrolment Manager is a role within our Student Recruitment Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devises strategies to generate and increased number of student enrolments.
  • Coaches and develops Team Leaders to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
  • Provides weekly enrolment reporting and projections for the General Manager of Student Recruitment Division.
  • Manages internal metric for Team Leaders performance tracking and performance management.
  • Monitoring and apprising performance based on division standards.
  • Interviewing and training employees.
  • Planning, assigning and directing daily, weekly and monthly activities.
  • Managing rewards and performance management plans.
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Key Attributes & Experience:

  • Self-direction and intrinsic passion for student success and employee development.
  • The ability to comprehend facts and relay information to students and employees.
  • Superior customer service skills along with ability to represent the Open Colleges brand in a highly professional manner.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with navigating a sales databases and CRM system.
  • Excellent communication with a good command of the English language and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade people.
  • The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. 
  • Excellent planning, organizational, multi-tasking, case management and follow up skills.
  • Superior time management skills in order to meet required timelines

Educational Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred with at least 2 years of previous supervisory.
