The Admissions Officer will be passionate and experienced educational administrative professional with experience in educational administration and support. This role is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient services in the administration of admissions and enrolment of all Open Colleges students including timely and accurate processing of student applications.
The Admissions Officer will be concerned with the quality of the student experience by providing exceptional customer service and support to applicants and students of Open Colleges through the admissions and enrolment process. This position will also provide input into the continuous improvement of the admissions and enrolment process, compliance, course design, learning materials and assessments.
