You will also shortly receive an official letter from our CEO welcoming you as a Cengage Education student.
Soon afterwards, you'll receive your Welcome Kit, which contains important items you'll need to get you started with your studies, including a handy Study Planner to help you manage your study and assignment schedules.
Online course delivery
If you have chosen to study online, you will receive an email with your user name and password for 24/7 access to our Student Portal. This secure online platform allows you to:
- Download course materials
- Research online using the resources of the world-renowned GALE library
- Submit assignments and view results
- Chat with tutors and fellow students on various forums.
Print course delivery
If you opted for print course delivery:
- Your course materials will be delivered to your door.
- You can still access the Student Portal to submit assignments and participate in the forums if your course has an online delivery option.
Student support
You will also enjoy plenty of support as you progress through your studies, such as:
