Human Resources is a fast growing career field, especially for females, who make up 67.4% of the industry in Australia. Overall, there are currently around 46,000 people employed within Human Resources across the country, with roughly 3,000 more vacancies expected to be filled by 2018.

Whether you work in a general Human Resources role, or specialise in a specific HR area or business sector, you’ll be making a big difference to the success of a business, as well as to individuals who are looking for their dream job.
