Friday treat – Get some Headspace

It’s Friday, it’s time to treat yourself. This week, why not give yourself a break and try some meditation?

Meditation is great way to take some time out for yourself and clear your mind. It also helps relieve stress and can make you more mindful, allowing you to deal with situations in a calm and rational way when they arise.

If you’ve never meditated before or are a little skeptical about how it can help you (like I was), try Headspace. It’s a free app that will talk you through the process of meditation – from what to do, to how you might feel – all it takes is 10 minutes a day.
